Pulse system FRC-150 is a low-voltage AC source with digital control that manages and controls one of three handpieces: Pulse soldering iron, Single and Dual circuit Tweezers and Pulse wire Stripper. The tool is relatively cold before and after work. Power time or the pulse duration and the rate of heating is defined by the operator, and controlled automatically with digital system. FRC-150 Pulse Heat power output ramps up the temperature to reflow level reducing thermal shock risk and undesired heating of adjacent solder joints and components.
Ability to control a heating rate is the main difference between pulse soldering systems and traditional soldering stations. This property specifies areas of application where the Pulse tools operates with the biggest success.

Pulse system FRC-150 provides automatic selection of the output range depending on the connected instrument. Every time you change the instrument press the corresponding button refer to used tool, and the system automatically sets the minimum and highest power rate for selected tool. This eliminates overheating and potential damage to a tool tip guarantee an exceptional durability.
Depending on your needs FRC-150 system can operate in one of three modes: "continuous" modes when heating is supplied with till pedal is pressed, "timer" mode - work with fixed parameters, and "program" mode - for heating desired program. Operator sets a power that determines a heating rate for an instrument and a pulse duration - the time during which power is supplied to the instrument for each operation. These parameters are chosen manually one time and then stored in the memory.
The system provides "Learn" mode for convenience of parameters selection. The first time soldering or wire stripping performed manually with the necessary power. After the end of the soldering operator releases the pedal and the soldering time will automatically store.
